Once you purchase a subscription, your able to manage through your personal dashboard.
How do I access my subscription dashboard?
After you complete your subscription purchase, you'll receive an email invitation to activate your subscription account. Follow the link in the email to set up your account and access your dashboard.
What can I do in the dashboard?
In your dashboard, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency (every 2 or 4 months)
- Update shipping or billing details
- Skip a shipment
- Cancel or pause your subscription anytime
What if I can’t find the activation email?
If you didn’t receive the activation email within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at info@vortoptfilters.com and we’ll resend it to you.
